Like the locatio. Very clean and nice. Free parking

Staff was very friendly; would love to have a self serve ice machine, they delivered nightly. Beautiful place!

Unfortunately we ended up checking in around 9:30 due to terrific traffic. Front desk was very pleasant & professional. We checked in quickly, our room was clean & great view of the water. Very quiet, didn't hear any other guests. No issue with parking, always a space available. Checked out via text message, super easy & quick.

This inn was fabulous and the only reason I gave it less stars is because there wasn’t really staff but everything was ready for us and it’s a hidden gem in a great location! We loved sitting in front step and having our own bathroom!

Grand View of the Car Park — Kind Staff, No Soul We stayed here for a wedding, as one does. A few of my ratings are relative to the price. At $800 a night for a Saturday room booked six months ahead, one has certain expectations. For that sum, I received a commanding view of the car park, with the water making a modest cameo in the background. Quite the panorama. The room was large, and a remodel was done. Fine, if nothing more. The air conditioning, however, has a mind of its own. It is loud and inconsistent, and on several occasions the room climbed to a balmy 76 degrees before it remembered its instructions and wandered back down. Food and beverage needs a proper rethink and more staff. The breakfast spot and coffee bar are wildly understaffed. The result: long waits, forgotten orders, and asking for the bill more times than I asked for coffee. The staff were kind but not overly engaged or helpful, as this ship appears to have no captain. And, sadly, no soul. The bike rentals were the hero of the weekend. Helpful, well-run and much enjoyed. Beyond the bikes, I cannot report on other amenities, as over three days the bikes were the only thing we used. A true saving grace. Kind people and good bikes. Now please, someone take the wheel and find the heart of the place.
