It’s fine as a baseline motel. The place is run down, especially as compared to the neighborhood- hallway carpets were musty, but the room’s was ok. Their hospitality is also baseline… strict 10:30 checkout, etc. Minihaha falls is close, which is why I chose the spot, and there’s bus and transit a block away. It worked out, though I personally would expect a lower rate for the quality.

very nice room,,I booked 2 rooms, one for my daughter and partner,, issue with the air conditioning, didn't seem to work well,, staff checked it out at 5pm and said it seemed to work well, but they had to call again at 1am( couldn't sleep because it was too hot) figured it out that they had to change a filter, and worked good after,, recieved a sorry when checking out

Comfortable 2 bedroom duplex unit. Well equipped kitchen, stack W/D, fireplace, deck with Adirondack chairs. Grounds well maintained. Pool has been closed and walking paths deteriorated. Ceiling lights not working. No path to lake from these units.

My kids called this hotel "fancy"... overall I liked the set up, the breakfast was out of this park, and staff was nice. Downside was parking, and no hot tub. Overall the price, breakfast, and how nice the rooms were made this a five star!

Window in the shower? Not advised. Shower head and wand holder broken.
