Chatsworth Vacation Packages

I have stayed there many times in the last 3 months. It was really bad this time. We had roaches in the room that was clearly smoked in. I told Mr Patel I wanted my money back. He looked like I was stealing his puppy. Said he is gonna see if he could comp us a different room. Came back later and he said no. I said the place is empty. He states not comp rooms. Then it gets funny. Told us the room was $74 and would take the $20 off. He raised the price to come down to price on red roof inn. Mr Patel guards the money well. I used to tell how much value and clean it was. Now you are gonna see his canned reply. The doors did not have the seal that goes on the bottom of the door. Anything can get in. Heat/AC units are filthy.

This is a nice facility very large being a convention center. I need my service dog so traveling when I make my reservation I let them know. I’ve never had a problem until this hotel sent me an email saying I needed a pet room & $500 deposit and pay petting cleaning charge. I had to call and explain it was a trained service dog not a pet. They finally understood but was frustrating at the same time. Breakfast was very good. My son enjoyed the waffle machine.

The room was run down and there were stains on the couch. The area where the hotel is located looked run down as well. Other than that the hotel was clean and the staff was great.

The rooms were excellent. The staff was great. The breakfast was yummy.
