Overall always a wonderful experience at the Haslem, great location with lots of parking. Staff are always lovely and accommodating. Food is great and it's a very modern hotel with nice big clean rooms. Anytime I'm in the area I will stay here! No complaints at all from me.

Exceptionally great value for a busy seaside town such as Newcastle. Check-in staff was excellent as were the rest of the staff we met.
