Pool is freezing. Hot tub is out of service. No towels at the pool. Breakfast is only 6:30-9:30 am. Furniture is in rough shape. Bathroom door doesn’t close or lock properly. Tv remote didn’t work properly at first. I really like how check in is at 2 pm and check out is 11 am.

Best Western Butch Cassidy Inn
A dirty towel was left in the bathroom, food left in the freezer. Also the heater in the additional room was like a diesel truck driving through the room. Sadly we didn't realize until the kids were asleep or we would've moved rooms.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was ok not the friendliest. Carpet in the hallway old and dirty with spots all over. Breakfast options ok. Don’t allow dogs for a place that is not as clean as some motel 6. For one night stay is ok.
