The hot tub was not working, and we were disappointed, since we came here to take a weekend to relax. The staff was so kind to switch our room to a jacuzzi suite. Bonus! Privacy, and no chlorine! They truly went above and beyond to help resolve our issue.Thank you all!

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Northwood by IHG
Pool and hot tub were closed and there was nothing posted on webiste about closure. We only booked for the pool, then we got to our rooms and they weren't clean crusty blanket left on bed. Staff was kind and apologized.
