The hotel's service and condition was excellent. Staffs were very attentive and friendly. We stayed a night here as we had an early flight to catch. The kaiseki restaurant was good, a must try. I highly recommend staying here. Beds are comfy and the room was very spacious.

This is a great stay in the winter. Cars picked us up from our room to go to the main lodge. Food was great. They have hot springs here. They arranged a taxi to the airport when their shuttle wouldn’t get us there on time. Could not ask for more of this hotel. Would highly recommend. Rooms very comfortable ...

Being short distance from the station was great. Room was comfortable and the extra pillow gave me a great night sleep. I enjoyed the free breakfast. Walking distance is short trip to donki and more food options.
