Staff, lobby incredible Rooms are outdated but clean Gym barely qualifies as a gym The big turn off was how dirty the water in the pool was. I would not even go in it was so bad. Its a 3 star hotel. Did the job but it will not be my first choice for sure

Anchor Hotel
Aside from the facade, this property has been neglected for years. Lots of deferred maintenance. The staff is polite and professional as are most Filipinos. The area around the hotel is very dirty and loud.
