I did not like thst they did not provide a bath rag. Breakfast could be better in variety even though it was continental, more protein could have been given.

The bed was fine, but the closet and the floor were quite dirty. There was also an unpleasant smell in my room.

This place was absolutely ADORABLE and AMAZING to stay in! From the moment I booked, I knew I had made the right choice. They immediately thanked me for choosing them, and their communication was outstanding from start to finish. They were friendly, responsive, and made the entire process stress-free. The night before check-in, they sent detailed instructions, so I knew exactly what to expect. When we arrived, we were greeted by a representative from the building who personally checked us in and escorted us to the elevator. We stayed in Apartment 11F, and let me tell you—it was even cuter than the pictures! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with just about everything you could need for a comfortable vacation. One of my favorite features was that it had TWO bathrooms! That’s almost unheard of for a one-bedroom apartment and was one of the biggest reasons I booked it. (Just remember to pack your own washcloths and a towel for the pool.) The location couldn’t have been better. There’s a casino directly across the street, and you’ll find restaurants, cafés, and plenty of places to eat in every direction you walk. We felt safe exploring the area, and honestly, Panama as a whole made us feel very comfortable. If you’re thinking about booking this place, DO IT! You won’t regret it. The hospitality, cleanliness, location, and overall experience were top-notch. I’ll definitely be looking for this host anytime I vacation overseas again. They truly made

Primero lo que no me gusto: El check in- tienen anunciado que el apartamento iba a tener dos camas king, pero me pusieron en uno con dos camas matrimoniales (no king). Fui a la recepción para que me cambiaron y me exigieron que les enseñará donde decía que eran dos camas king, lo hice. Luego me dicen que no tienen uno disponible con las camas como la reservacion

This is my second time visiting. The first time we visit we really enjoyed our suite. On our most recent trip the room was clean and our check-in agent was super helpful and polite. The room was a bit warm despite adjusting the AC, but we never complained. However, we would definitely come back a third time. The servicers at the pool could be a bit more attentive, but other than that great trip!
