The toilet in our original room didn’t work. As a result, we were upgraded to an oceanfront kitchenette room for our entire stay (4nights). The room was absolutely beautiful and perfect! Excellent customer service!!!!! We loved our stay there and will definitely be back!

Having the Bistro restaurant on the premises was good and food was great! Room we stayed in is showing its age and could use a deep cleaning.

Staff was rude no luggage carts and the room was cleaner when I left then when I arrived. We won't be staying there again especially after the money we paid verses what we received.

Staff are very friendly. The elevator is slow as others have reported. Great ocean view from the balcony. The room was clean on a surface level but there were areas left untouched like behind the nightstand in the bedroom. Things I didn't like were beyond the control of the resort like people chain smoking from their balcony or letting the door leading out to the balcony slam shut.

This was a last minute choice due to the place we we had booked was NASTY when we checked in, so we left a few minutes after check in and booked this place. Hands down 10 times better than the previous place. Check in was a breeze. Super friendly staff. CLEAN rooms, and clean hotel. We would definitely stay here again and again in the future!
