My daughter and I recently stayed at this inn, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst lodging experiences we have ever had. When we arrived, the TV in the room did not work. That alone was not a huge issue, and we were willing to overlook it. We notified the property about the TV, but despite calling two different phone numbers and sending a text message, we never received a response. Our messages were completely ignored. My daughter went to take a shower and discovered that the towels had long, dark hairs all over them. I have short hair, and my daughter has long red hair, so these clearly were not our hairs. When I went to shower, I encountered the same problem. At that point, we decided to simply make the best of the situation and go to bed. Unfortunately, when we pulled back the blankets, we found multiple long, dark hairs throughout the bed and underneath the blankets. It appeared that the room had not been properly cleaned or that the bedding had not been changed. We also found mold on the shower curtain, and the bathroom sink and mirror were visibly dirty. By this point, nearly an hour had passed without any response from the property. We tried contacting them again and still could not reach anyone. Since we were uncomfortable staying in a room that appeared to have significant cleanliness issues, we left and had to pay for another hotel. I would not recommend this inn to anyone If cleanliness, basic housekeeping, and responsive customer service are important.

Front desk staff was great upon check in. The body wash container was empty but I loved the shower head.

The owner was very rude and mean.
