Chester Vacation Packages

The parking situation is very unclear. There is a small sign far from the lot that warns of towing but nothing in the area where you park. No significant warnings in communications with host.

The room was spacious and clean. Close to new haven union station, yale university and downtown. We enjoyed the pool, gym and the rooftop. Check in and check out process were very smooth. Sarah was very responsive to our questions. Would def stay here again.

We travelled from Canada for a week and stayed in all Hilton/hampton properties from New York to Maine this was the worst one. The carpeted floor was stained in multiple spots and wet (smelled like dog pee) we called the front desk and spoke to Martha I believe and she said there was nothing that she could do about it.. and it was wet from the carpet cleaning machine (I couldn’t let my 8 month old down to crawl at all it smelled so bad) - nobody came to even check it out! So unacceptable and gross! Second - my sister had a room across the hall that didn’t properly lock (the whole bracket was missing.. which is definately a safety risk) The breakfast was good! Hotel overall was run down though- wouldn’t come back.

Amazing room lighting options, and beautiful bathroom decor. Makes for a very cozy stay!

Our unit had spider webs on the ceiling. Bed was short sheeted. We had to remake the bed ourselves. Nonexistent Wi-Fi connection. One bar. Kept disconnecting. One ice machine was working for all units. Staff was nice. Helpful. Upstairs chambermaid came down to remove the spider webs. We appreciated her quick response. Will not return on future visits to the area.
