Very clean and comfortable hotel. Decor is not the most up-to-date, but I liked the room layout. Staff were friendly and professional. On the night I stayed, the restaurant/bar area was wildly understaffed, leading to delays, but the one heroic employee doing all the jobs really made every effort. Housekeeping staff came tapping on a bunch of doors including mine at about 9:30 am--checkout is not until noon, and I'm not sure why in the age of computerized key cards, they wouldn't have a real-time list of who has checked out. Not a huge disruption, but it was weird.

I now love everything about this place. The staff continually make me feel like a VIP. Now there's not only a fitness center, but a pickle ball court. I'm looking forward to checking it out during my next stay. The room has everything you need for a short or longer stay. The beds are made so tightly you feel like you're in a nice cotton cocoon. It's a far cry from previous reviews.

We liked the coziness of the boat, the views of the river, the surrounding areas were beautiful. The only negative thing we could say was that due to the ran/wind the boat creaked and it made it hard to sleep for one of our nights.
