The staff was AWESOME. The owner NOT at all. She was totally inflexible with our need to cancel or change the reservation ONE WEEK before the stay. We had court orders to take in a child that was being abused which we gladly did but it made it so we couldn’t fit everyone in the yurt that was reserved back in March way before all this happened. She kept blaming the inability to cancel our reservation on Expedia. Expedia was willing to refund but she wouldn’t give the okay to do it. She even hung up the phone on me. It could have easily been booked after our cancellation. I even confirmed that with the staff. In the end I obviously kept the reservation. I didn’t want this RUDE woman to make a buck off our unfortunate situation. Instead my son was not able to attend with his daughters. As far as the property. It was WAY overpriced for what you got and a long ways from west Yellowstone. You could hear freeway noise and taking showers was a nightmare. I have rough camped MANY MANY times and this wasn’t much better than a regular camping experience. I was super disappointed in my experience. The only highlight was the amazing staff that was on site.

Be aware! Here are no dinnerware, no silverware, no coffeemaker, nothing. You need to bring everything - glasses, plates, knives, microwave cooking stuff etc. Otherwise all was good, room was clean, bathroom staff was Ok. The road near hotel is looks like 4x4 trials, so no way to Corvette:) My brand new X3 did fine.

Great hitel

This was an awesome cabin!! It was extremely clean and felt very home like! My kids/grandkids absolutely loved it! There were even family games to play in the evenings! This was a perfect place for our family!! Thank you Laurie!

Clean room. Extras in the room that you don’t know you needed but sure enjoyed(folding table, camp chairs for the front porch). Will stay again.

This was our 50th Anniversary celebration with our family. A wonderful week at Yellowstone and the house was perfect for our needs. A few minor feedback items. Three of four clip for hot tub cover are missing, the doorstop for front door was broken. Someone had tried to stick it back with aluminum foil. Not successful. Foam mattress covers should be stored somewhere beside in bedroom closets which renders the closet unusable. Otherwise all was wonderful. Best stocked place we have ever stayed.
