What i absolutely loved the second i walked in, was the decor and themed building. i love the medieval look and slight haunted-ness to it. and i immediately thought about coming back again for a longer stay next time. i thought everything was great!!

The staff was friendly and very helpful when the air conditioning in our room went out. Hotel could use updating. Breakfast was lacking in good food and needs a separate kitchen person . Poor people working the desk had to tend to food as well as the customers coming and going. I’ve stayed here before and probably will again. Just needs some updating and a few improvements.

Very hard to get conditioner out of bottle. So bring your own.

Fun old hotel in a great location in downtown Minneapolis.

Did not use the amenities. Some of the building was under construction. We had a room in shower, not needed. Looks like there has been a water leaks because some of the white wall was discolored. Not sure if the toilet was cleaned because there had been a ring at the water line. May have been hard water stain. Room was good and staff was very nice. Good Location to get to airport quickly.

The elevator was confusing to get to the main floor for us and alot of other guests. A lot kept pressing floor one as the main floor which is the casino not realizing that it was the casino button. This seemed very frustration to a lot of people. It would be helpful for people to have better signage.
