Good room ... staff helped place us in a ground floor (my message to the hotel apparently didn't get read).... Clean and convenient

Elevator needs to be serviced. Staff was friendly. Location to the freeway and down town was nice.

It was ok. Breakfast was gone by the time we got there, was my only complaint. The attendant offered us cold cereal and milk… no thanks!! There was also a pet fee of $50, which I think is too much!! I think it would be fine to charge then refund after it after the room is checked. My dog is a Goldendoodle and hypoallergenic and didn’t affect our room in anyway. He does not shed at all. The room had a faint smell of cigarette smoke. I felt I paid too much for the room.

The staff is amazing and I love it there they have everything you need I stay there all the time
