Rundown. Not clean. No amenities. Felt like I was in central Russia. ☹️

Everything was good. And the hotel is located in a perfect area around everything.

It was amazing. Will definitely be back. We were even able to hear the bands at different bars and such from Dauphin St.

Such a warm welcome by Dana and Jim and the entire staff! Such a beautiful property with charm and character. Amazing delicious and healthy breakfast options! Will come back!

There were roaches in the rooms

“Stayed here for the convenience, but the parking situation was absolutely terrible: had to walk across the street with luggage or pay for valet. Check-in was frustrating. My flight was a bit early and all they would do was hold my bag. When I booked a second night through Expedia, the front desk said they don’t deal with Expedia and couldn’t find my reservation. I had to chase down numbers myself, with very little help or concern. I won’t stay here again unless I absolutely have to. That said, the restaurant upstairs was genuinely great, the food was amazing, and a few staff members were friendly. The room was quaint and there was even a bottle of champagne, but the overall service and check-in experience really soured the stay. “
