We had a wonderful stay! The staff were all very friendly and helpful!

My stay was disappointing. The front entrance floor mats were extremely dirty, creating a poor first impression. I was assigned a room that had not been cleaned and had a strong, unpleasant odor. The front desk was often unattended, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the staff member was rude and unwelcoming. The complimentary parking was a positive feature. However, breakfast was disappointing because the hot water was only lukewarm. In addition, the shower in my room never produced truly hot water, making for an uncomfortable experience. Overall, the cleanliness, customer service, and maintenance issues significantly affected my stay.

When we got there it never said anything about a deposit and the night dude was kinda of rude when we got to the room there was a lizard running across the floor and the bed was hard and pillows was horrible my first impression of the hotel was what did i get i told my husband i would never get a room there again
