Everything was great with the hotel. I think parking should be free. The price of parking is ridiculous.

The room has mold and the smell is disguising. It is not good for health.

Loved property locale, close to town yet was in a pastoral setting. Didn't use property amenities cuz my focus was on Oktoberfest & shopping. Room nice, roomy, & quiet. Great view off the balcony, patio set perfect for kicking back & having a glass of wine or eating breakfast. Was not happy being unable to operate main bedroom blinds. They're installed on a downward slant & wand very difficult to use. Shower constantly dripped & had mildew! Used 2nd bathroom instead. Main bath & bedroom doors not aligned. Kept closing on their own. Had to prop door open w/pillow. Kept other door closed to block out dripping water noise. Flattest pillows I've ever used. I'm OK w/that but most folks may not like it. Overall, accommodations OK for a wkend. Would have brought up issues if was staying longer. I expected much better considering what I paid.

The apartment wasn’t bad. It was just mostly the apartment complex overall. The apartment wasn’t bad clean just needs deep cleaning with the couch and I wish it was a balcony but it was still ok without it. The apartment complex was not great, hallways and elevator smell bad and like weed somebody threw up in the elevator so I had to go and carry my bags up and down the stairs from the fourth floor. The parking garage wasn’t bad but it stink, dirty and people were hanging out in the garage and some homeless people. The person that was above me was walking and running very hard throughout my stay and it made it hard to sleep as am a light sleeper. Me personally I will not stay back at this property but the host was nice and responsive during my stay.

What a lovely B&B! Our room was so comfortable and cool, and the house is so charming. Great location, walkable to restaurants and close to the Jimmy Carter Presidential Center. The breakfast was delicious and our host was so accommodating with dietary restrictions, including gluten and dairy, we couldn’t have been happier! Would love to stay again when we’re in Atlanta!

Not very cleaned room (lots of stains). The pull out couch bed wasn't clean. The staff was great though.
