The staff was great and the room was clean and quiet. It was a much better deal than I was offered at the Days Inn (avoid the one by Red Roof at ALL COSTS). I would absolutely stay here again.

The outside was dirty, there was spiders and spiders web all over the property. The door going in was old, the toilet water kept running nonstop, the sheets weren’t clean. The shower was old and not completely clean. The outside ice machine alarm was going off all night. To top it off, we got charged $55 when checking in because we needed to pay facility fees and Expedia forgot to tell us that. We will not be back to this place!

Property was very clean! Staff were very helpful and super friendly. Amenities were great- we loved the pool, movie theater and sweet shop!

It was a geat place to stay this is our fourth time staying here. This is where we will continue to stay whenever we come to visit table rock it’s beautiful right on the lake close to everything that we like to do great spot.

The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. Unhappy

This is my favorite hotel in Springfield. Nice, clean and modern with great food. The location is also really nice if you like to walk; there are all kinds of restaurants and bars to explore in a close proximity. Live weekly music in the lobby is really good too.
