UNORGANIZED. ANNOYING AGGRESSIVE SALES PITCH TO SIGN UP FOR A CLASS. (probably time share) AND THEY NEED TO CALL AN EXTERMINATOR ASAP. Oh, and they called me two weeks after I checked out to try and charge me a resort fee. AVOID THIS RESORT AND ITS “SISTER RESORTS”! Very unorganized and they will annoy you during your stay about signing up for a two hour class and they will call you after you check out multiple times. $250 deposit hold and an additional $56 resort fee at check in. That’s on top of whatever you pay on here. It was hard to even find the office to check in, and once you do they are more concerned with giving you a repetitive sales pitch for a 2-hour meeting to save you money on your stay. Very cringy and annoying when I just want to check in and enjoy my vacation. And the building we stayed at was COVERED in spiders, the ceiling as you walk to your room is covered in cobwebs and crawling spiders at night! There was dead spiders in our room and cobwebs on our ceiling light above the bed! To top it off, they’ve called me three times since we checked out. We stayed there September 5th and they called me multiple times to ask if I enjoyed my stay and also today asking me to pay a $56 resort fee that they forgot to charge me at check-in time.

Amazing customer services from Check in to breakfast and check out. 5 stars. All the staff we’re amazing Location is amazing also. Very pleased.

I loved the atmosphere and the large rooms. It was a little loud from the tables scratching upstairs in the bar and the bed were extremely firm. Other than that everyone was great and we had a good time.

Fantastic breakfast and very quiet rooms.

Property was fine. Strong arm sales pitch that lasted 4 hours was ridiculous. This was not expected from what we thought was a hotel booking. Instead it is a time share company.
