The front desk guy was very rude and screaming at at us. Thats not a good person to have working with the public. Accusing us of destroying the room when there was stains in the carpet when we got there. The room stunk like pee. There was stains on the couch. When the heater was on it smelt like something was burning. On top of it all the housekeeper never knocked and asked if we needed anything. Ridiculous rude not friendly front desk. If you stay there beware!!

Our second stay at the Gibbons Mamsion - returned because we loved the quaint ambiance. This time the smell of bleach was so strong it gave headaches..we opened the window and turned on the exhaust fan which helped, but not sure a return visit is in our future plans.

This is an old hotel that has gotten new paint and new floors. This isnt a place that has crisp sheet and fluffy comforters.

Fabulous as always! We love the uniqueness.

This is the place I have stayed for decades when I am in the area. The town is only a few blocks.

The location is very questionable and felt quite unsafe. The food in the casino is mediocre but not many other choices as the town looks like lots of businesses have closed down. The hotel was great, but would not stay in this town again.
