The whole place smells of mold, the room must have had multiple smokers in it earlier in the day, our second room was only slightly less smoky and very much moldy. Desk clerk was very unhelpful. The owner did promise refund. Spend the extra $10 to stay somewhere else!!

Where to start..... a reservation made for 3 adults. At check in was told only two adults and two children per room and only 1 room key (for 3 adults). Room floors were wet and sticky. No coffee pot or coffee in the lobby coffee. Hot tub was missing lots of tiles and no jets but had hot water and green slim around edges. Pool area floor was slimy and extremely slippery. Breakfast consisted of toast or dry cereal, and lukewarm coffee. Staff was very hard to understand(poor English). TV kept losing service, unable to watch it. Only 2 towels in the bathroom, not able to exchange for fresh or get extra towels, no pool towels unavailable. Mattress was very lumpy and uncomfortable. Exit doors blocked off with tape. Room windows were cracked open and unable to close. I have been to many many different hotel/motels and some were absolutely amazing and others bad however this place was the absolute worst I've ever been in.

Property seemed clean, however when we went to our King room it smelled like ammonia and mildew. Talk to the manager, and he said the only way they could change rooms as if we paid for a room upgrade. Did enjoy the hot tub, but when we went to bed for a couple hours, woke up with a headache from the smell. Decided we would just drive on to our next destination.

It was very accommodating for our needs. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good!! Enjoyed our stay.

Very accommodating and much appreciated. I booked last minute and was not paying attention and accidentally booked a week ahead instead of that day. Expedia and the hotel honored my reservation that day instead of next week and I was truly grateful for that. Thank you! Much recommended!
