Clean room and very comfortable bed! Breakfast was great.

Great space to rent versus have a hotel room. The unit was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Our only issue was getting an immediate response with an issue discovered at check in. Because Landing had to contact the onsite office for the apartments, we did not receive the pool pass until half way through our visit. It was very disappointing not to be able to use the pool the first two days since we intentionally booked this place for the pool.

Room was not ready. Check in said 4:00 but we had to wait a long time and they couldn’t tell us when our room would be ready.

RUN! Filthy bathroom floors, loud, outdated, and nothing like the booking photos. My King “Deluxe” corner room was barely the size of a standard queen room—and calling it deluxe is laughable. The bathroom was disgusting: visibly filthy floors with brown dirt and grime buildup that are clearly never mopped (I tested several spots with a wet cloth), hair of various types everywhere, and pink mold around the tub/shower. I have photos. The bathroom door would not shut, latch, or lock. The linens smelled funky, moths were on the ceiling of my 6th-floor room, and the entire room felt dingy and gross. The in-room service phone had no dial tone and is literally from late 80s to early ’90s. The AC was loud and ineffective—it took 7.5 HOURS to go from 70° to 68°, and it still was not truly 68°. The entire hotel including the hallways were hot and sticky. There was also a wide gap around the hallway door that poured light into the room. Between the light, the roaring AC and extremely loud highway traffic, sleeping was nearly impossible even with earplugs. GREEDY management declined a refund despite receiving my complaints and photos. Disgusting conditions, misleading website photos, nonexistent upkeep (they’ll slap lipstick on a pig and take your money), and G R E E D Y, immature management. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY—DO NOT STAY HERE!!
