The staff was friendly and hard working. Breakfast was great and rooms were very clean. Elevator was down off and on multiple evenings. This was very concerning as we had a wheelchair bound child that could not take the stairs down from our room and left us without a way to leave the room and left us feeling uncomfortable about what we would do in the case of an emergency.

Open, modern great location

If you're into the Seattle Starbucks look, you'll love this new "Hipster" hotel. If you're into a more conventional model, you won't like it as much. The skate park is mid, but would keep younger children busy. The parking situation is inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. Other than that, the hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is near almost everything you would want in Salt Lake.
