If you can find somewhere else to stay while you’re in Portland, do it. We arrived to an unbearably hot room, all the blinds up, air conditioner broken. Communication with property management was a nightmare and completely unhelpful. Maintenance wasn’t able to come till the next day; they claimed they came into our room and saw that the air conditioner worked properly, but there was no evidence they entered our room at all. The AC remained broken, so we were without it the entirety of our trip and had to rely on a box fan. Moreover, the toilet didn’t flush correctly, hot water was scarce at best—just a nightmare from beginning to end. And I’ve now asked multiple times for reimbursement/a refund and have been met with total radio silence. AVOID.

Excellent service !!! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Super grateful for all their hard work ! If you are thinking on booking a trip to Portland,OR make sure to stay with them ! You will not regret it ! Clean rooms and amazing views

The property was absolutely gorgeous. We would give 5 stars all the way around, except there really was no staff or amenities. There were several times we would have like to speak with staff regarding locations, food or if there had been some extras offered we might have stayed on property. All in all the home is absolutely gorgeous!

Overall we loved it! Location is gorgeous, staff were all consistently kind and handled all requests with friendliness. We ate at the Cascade restaraunt for dinner and breakfast and both were good. My only remark is the room cleanliness... my kids kept finding stuff on the floor(a cheeto, a bean then small toys under the bed) which was gross! Rooms definitely look run down. Other then that I like how they host all kinds of event throughout the month, nighty bon fires, and scavenger huts. We definitely want to come back.

Clean room. Better if the water pressure could be more stronger. Staff is friendly. Great location with cops all over the Vicinity esp with high end shoppers.

Great location and lots of space. A little bit of dirty left from the past guests and a locked door to the upstairs which we were told the other guests would not have access to, it just surprised us at first. Nicely styled apartment with well stocked (with basics) kitchen. Overall was a great stay!

The location of this VRBO was wonderful. Lots of great food options and shopping within easy, safe walking distance. There’s a grocery store 2 blocks away. For those who want to use public transport, the #15 stops at the corner.
