Overall it was a great stay! It was clean and the breakfast was pretty good.

Free breakfast, very friendly staff, clean room but shower needs to be repaired.

The location is very convenient to town but so are 90% of the hotels in the area. I hate to leave a poor review, but the property was really messy with construction in progress. I didn't see work taking place but the materials were there. Our room faced a pile of debris on the property. I've stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and the state of this property was a little shocking. Rooms are also small with no space for multiple suitcases. The nightly cost is way too high for the experience here. We did not eat in the restaurant and so I can't comment on the quality. The area is very beautiful, though, and we enjoyed the sights and hikes.

the room and bathroom are big with view of the Prince of Wales Hotel, however, the view is only seen by the glass door to the balcony. The room was not vacuumed and sheets and towels were not changed every day. No one picked up the plates left at room. It is conveniently located and walking distance to town. There is a restaurant onsite. No other facilities available at the hotel.

An older property that could use some updates i.e. carpet on the stairs. No A/C which can make for uncomfortable sleeping. Fans just don't help and attribute to extra noise. Keeping the window open helps if the wind is blowing into the room. We were in # 9 on second floor. Good for 2 women that want their own beds. The mattresses are very soft so if you are used to something firm, may not have the best sleep! In a good location right across the street from the sister property, Kilmorey Lodge. That is where you must check in. Highly recommend having dinner in their dining room. We sat outside and had an excellent view of the lake. Food/service was excellent! We were gone most days so did not spend much time in the room. Sufficient for our needs but would not stay again.

This room was clean but dated. The room has no air con so it’s impossible to sleep in summer. The room was extremely hot. The bed was soft and saggy. The power blew in the room when I unplugged my phone charger however returned after about 10 mins. For the price of this room I was very disappointed. I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s a rip off.
