Staff were okay but seemed to be overwhelmed with guests. No cups or glasses in bathroom and/or on the counter with the coffee maker. No instructions as to how to use the coffee maker. Had to call to the desk to order an extra roll of toilet paper. Did not have breakfast. Was not happy paying an additional $7 for overnite parking in the lot. Room was clean, bathroom bare minimum with towels, etc... All in all a very disappointing experience.

Impeccable, amazing staff and great location on

Every day of our stay, we were uncomfortable because of the many problems and missing amenities at the hotel. The room had a humidity problem and cockroaches. The refrigerator did not work, and there were no alcoholic beverages, water, or soft drinks available. The TV did not work, and neither did the telephone. There was no restaurant available after 4:00 PM, and there was nothing available to purchase for snacks or refreshments. The spa was also closed. On top of all these issues, the hotel charged us several additional fees. Considering the amount we paid, this experience was extremely disappointing and far below what we expected from a hotel of this standard. We believe these issues should be addressed and that some form of compensation or refund is appropriate.
