Very great place to stay clean & comf

I love everything about The Admiral hotel. It’s the only place I stay in Mobile.

Clean room and nice staff, toilet in our room did not work though.

Wonderful stay! Hotel was clean and everyone was especially nice. We left a pair of glasses in the room when we checked out and they ran out and stopped us as we were pulling out to let us know- saved us!! Thank you!!

Avoid This Place – Horrible Experience I had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly dirty and had zero ventilation. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which causes all the moisture to get trapped inside the room. Because of this constant dampness, the floor mats are completely sticky to walk on, the entire room smells terrible, and the floor carpet stinks. To make matters worse, their customer service and business practices are incredibly dishonest. They have a tie-up with Expedia where they advertise that breakfast is included in the rate. However, upon arrival, the hotel staff flat-out refused to honor it, claiming it wasn’t in our booking. When we reached out to Expedia to sort it out, their customer service folks were equally rude and denied the advertised inclusion as well. Neither the hotel nor Expedia cares about customer service or honoring what they promise online. Save your money and stay somewhere else where the rooms are actually clean and management doesn't try to scam you out of basic amenities.
