You can tell they are upgrading the hotel. Love the wood floors; nobody wants musty/damp carpet in their room. The room was spacious enough for one night and was clean. I don't like that the sink area is outside of the toilet area; makes it hard for one person to get ready while someone sleeps. It's on a busier road, but it's Dell Rapids, so it didn't bother us. Plus, the AC masks a lot of sounds. Employees/owners were friendly and helpful. No coffee in the room, but the fridge worked. Super convenient for visiting family nearby, and the price was right.

We were upgraded to staying at the Victorian Inn- i would highly recommended. The house is charming and located in the historic downtown of Sioux Falls.

I love this hotel and that it’s an old bank, but the bar/restaurant was closed! We went there because of the vault pictures and couldn’t even go in! No hotel breakfast and only 1 of the 2 showerheads worked. Very clean and loved that we could select river view when we booked. We asked about parking because there is just a tiny parking lot by the hotel. The receptionist just wanted to watch TV and was annoyed with our question. There is a parking garage across the street FYI.

We were amazed at how clean and crisp everything there was and fresh coffee too. Will definitely select this one again when we are in the area
