There was a huge water puddle in from of our door. Check out was 12pm and they started hounding us at 11am because we had not checked out yet.

Breakfast staff was really rude when they were setting out food. Front desk girl was clueless. When asked certain questions room was outdated. Shower was dirty and bedding had stains on it.

In town for the NuWay National wrestling tournament and ended up staying here (right across the street). These are some VERY nice folks that are doing an excellent job running the joint. Will not hesitate to stay here next time we are in town. Well done folks! Thank you, Frank Burstein

kitchen was inadequate to be called a kitchenette. Most of the quests were actually residents and were very loud at night. room keys quit working twice. I was charged before arrival. Building is old and run down staff was rude and poor at speakinh english

Quality Inn Kalamazoo near Wings Stadium
First thing I did when I went into the room was kill a cockroach. Luckily I was just there for a couple hours of sleep each night. Kept my bags zipped up and everything off the floor. Shower fixtures not secured to the wall.
