Best Western Plus Kalamazoo Suites
The room was dirty. The floors, the walls, the bathroom all dirty. There was stink bugs in the rooms. The only reason we didn’t leave and just drive home was because of the severe weather. The pool was also dirty and appeared very cloudy.

Staywell Inn
Dirty, decaying room. Bad odor from room. No bathroom supplies. Very poor lighting during dark hours. At least staff allowed me to change room to this one, because the room assigned first was even worse than the one I ended up staying in.

Pool was out of order, room was right above breakfast area which was extremely loud charisma scratching on the floor early in the morning. Found an artificial nail by the jacuzzi.
