Room clean, staff very friendly. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good. I was suprised they charged a $5.00 parking fee extra. Not very happy about that charge in Battle Creek, Michigan.

Best Western Plus Kalamazoo Suites
I enjoyed the real eggs and real sausage for breakfast. The bed was not as comfortable as it could have been. There was a pervasive smell of marijuana in our room and it was supposed to be non- smoking. We have stayed here before, but this room was not as pleasant.

Good place. Nice and clean. Only complaint is the AC isn’t very good. I’ve stayed here twice and in two different rooms and neither rooms AC kept the room cooler than 72.

Would not stay here again. Staff was nice but hotel is just so-so. Bed looked lumpy which was the comforter and mattress was uncomfortable. Two lights flickered when turned on so it was sit in the dark or feel like your in a haunted house. The bathroom door would barely close, you had to slam it ...
