The pool steps were extremely slippery and not level. My son and I slipped going into the pool. Plus the railing into the pool was loose. The free breakfast was pretty weak. The only warm items they had, you to heat up yourself. The property was clean and the room was nice. Great water pressure but the shower head was very low.

fun place to stay and a great location

Evening desk needs a better understanding of English to avoid misunderstandings. Two early morning awakenings by fire alarms, one after the other, not recommended for good rest. Morning staff was very friendly and helpful with improving my stay.

Beautiful rooms

While not a new hotel with a ton of amenities, it is close to many of the main attractions around town.

Thought it was an extremely nice stay, cool and kind employees. Conveniently close to everywhere i needed to go. Definitely considering staying here again next near!

Extremely nice!!

When we got in late on Wednesday night, our room was not available. Some BS story about not being cleaned. We had to drive around for hours looking for another place to stay and it cost $400 for one night. The rooftop bars were not available due to either rain or heat. The restaurant closed early every day for breakfast and for dinner.
