While I found the staff pleasant and friendly, their hands are tied to help with mobility issues, I found the bathroom/shower very uncomfortable for someone who uses a cane, not a stable environment. The photos are also EXTREMELY UNREALISTIC, A&O really need to update for this particular property, give a truly false idea of what to expect. The staff is under the control of a “corporate bubble “ I had a idea of what to expect but the hostel feel EXTREMELY short of everything. If Expedia wants to continue to work with them you should truly ask for updated photos

Great location with plenty of shops nearby. Very good bus link at the end of the road into the city. Very reasonable price. I had a single room which was small but adequate. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable but squeaky. The floorboards were also squeaky but that's to be expected in an older property.

We just stayed one night between the end of a tour and an early flight tge next morning. It was a safe place to lay our head for a few hours before moving on. We were met by the owner and given information about the area. We were grateful for the accommodation.

Room was clean and mostly comfortable. A fan would have been nice as it was stuffy. The stairs are a bit difficult to manage with luggage. Shops and restaurants are close by which is convenient. You don’t really interact with staff. There is a box with instructions for getting your keys and then instructions on where to leave them.

I had an excellent stay and couldn’t fault the room. It had all the amenities you could require plus lots of additional little details that are above and beyond

Don’t let the plain outside fool you, this place was great. The shower was amazing, IYKYK!! Easy to get everywhere! Bus stop close by, walk to tram in 10 mins. We were upgraded when we arrived to a nice large quad room that had plenty of room for our family.

I like the fact that the clerk advised us to purchase the breakfast a day ahead of time because that gave us a better price.
