Constant loud noises from apparently defective elevator (sounded like someone was constantly dragging furniture above us) made it very difficult to rest and sleep. Sounded like this constant noise was a mystery to the staff eventhough you could even hear this noise from the reception area. Could not accomare a request to change rooms from the get go. Nice staff but not accomodating to our problem.

This was a very disappointing stay. The apartment was dirty, dusty, and hot. The temperature stayed around 77–78°F all night, yet the only bedding provided was thick comforters, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. When I simply asked for thin bed sheets, the host became argumentative instead of trying to help. They kept saying they were a private owner, as if that somehow excused poor customer service or making guests uncomfortable. It wasn’t until I contacted Expedia that the host responded by providing what I initially asked for. I didn’t want to spend my vacation dealing with unnecessary conflict, so we checked out after the first night instead of staying for the remaining five nights of our six-night reservation. I would not stay here again.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Your staying here for the location. Very old Florida. The a/c was very loud and hard to sleep through and the bed was flimsey and uncomfortable. All the toiletries are in the lobby which if you dont know that can be annoying. There are two cats that roam around very cute. And an adorable area in the back perfect for reading or having a glass of wine.

Friendly servers and bartenders. Great location, across from the park and beach, near all restaurants. Pro tip: no pool in the hotel, but you can get day passes for some at other places in the area nearby.

Ok the fact we had no desk for check was terrible. I could not check in due to a code for door and room acess never being sent to my email resulted in me not checking for 3hours until I was told about a sister property 3 blocks from where I was stay had to walk in the rain to the siater property for thwm to grant me acess codes to get into my room now at 3am. I wouls likw to be reemburst for that night and day. My TV had no working batteries and once I go batteries the TV volum did not work.

Great location and great value. If you have an early flight before reception opens I’d suggest to arrange check out process beforehand
