The food and ambiance of both restaurants were fantastic! The views with the ledge, and peaceful surroundings to relax.

This is maybe my 5th time staying at the Grand. I think it’s hands down the best hotel for us- when my kids were younger and even now when they are a little older but still appreciate the free ice cream, movie theater and games. The breakfast was great. The indoor and outdoor pool, playground, hot tub and large fire pit are really great features not all the nice hotels have. Finally this year what I appreciated most were the laundry machines! After getting caught in the rain several times we really needed to put the towels and shoes in a dryer! And when I forgot my toothpaste they had all the toiletries you might need available. Can’t wait till next time at this hotel!

Well when we first arrived the hotel was outdated and musty feeling. The attendant at the front desk was rude to us. Didn’t give us any directions on where our room was and this hotel is a maze not a standard hotel. The swimming pool was GREEN! But ok to swim in staff said so. No thank you! Finally found the room after being so turned around to discover dirty towels, dusty room, a loose tile in the bathroom floor (almost fell) and mold on the bathroom ceiling and the wrong room! Was down graded and not even told. Tried to ask front desk what happened and they said there was nothing they could do. They had no rooms available. When I booked this room days in advance. Then to top it off BED BUGS! Immediately checked out and left. Got stuck driving 2 hours! To next available hotel and this was at 1 in the morning! The entire town and surrounding towns sold out :( Do NOT recommend this hotel! Stay away if you can. Positive note was refunded for room but not taxes go figure.

The pool and the lake you had access to both of them very easily. The food at the dining room was excellent. Five star all the way would recommend this place to anyone. It was absolutely beautiful.
