On the positive side : The bed was comfy, the heating worked, the shower worked. On the down side: Access to the hotel parking was not stated so we parked next door and were told we had to go around to the back of the building. The signs were not seen as it was dark and we ended up parking in a place we should not have. Check before you go if thinking of using. Getting access was odd and not as described in the site details on Hotel.com or on the message sent to me. Not complicated but I was not given a code and told we would be let in by the caretaker. Then told about payment. ONLY BANK TRANSFER OR CASH. Luckily I (just) had enough cash. Had to give this to "the caretaker". Codes given to us but no check that we had parked correctly. Room we were in (1) was not as shown in the Hotel.com picture. It was OK but not well decorated, Not good if we wanted to stay longer. Had to put a lot of things on the floor as nowhere to put them. Television did not work very well (bandwidth issue?) but we did not use it much. Nowhere to put anything in the shower and loo room. Not even towels. Kettle and electrical items fed off 13amp extension cables. Not sure about H+S ! We had a night sleep for not a lot of money but will not use again and will maybe pay a bit more for something more reliably better next time. Your choice, but investigate all reviews. Some are from older hotel (offering breakfast etc!) Not sure how this is a 4 star hotel!!! .

The room was lovely and the staff helpful but returning after 11pm to find nothing open, no room service and an empty minibar was ridiculous for a hotel of that size. I don’t expect to have to go out to get food when I’m paying that amount for a hotel. Also a lot of noise from outside, terrible soundproofing.

Staff were amazing and helpful, very kind and allowed me to upgrade to a suite as I was there for a special occasion. The hotel itself is beautiful and I love the decor however a downside was no room service and their QR code has not been updated to the new downstairs restaurant TYGA. Also housekeeping did not make the bed during my stay of 3 nights (1 day I put a do not disturb sign) which isn’t what I’m used to. Overall a good experience but there could be some things made better.

Nice hotel ev charger not working

This was my second time staying here with my daughter, and I will definitely return. The staff is truly five-star—always incredibly helpful and consistently going above and beyond to ensure guests have the best possible experience.

This hotel is excellent at every aspect, it was my second time there, and for sure will book again. Room is spacious, comfortable and has everything you need cutlery, pots, pans if you want to cook a bit, cups, wine glasses and wee Nespresso machine which was. Staff is lovely, friendly and helpful, check in a Nd check out smooth and no issues. Breakfast and dinner absolutely delicious . 5 star rating in all aspects

They kindly upgraded my room thanks to my Expedia platinum, the staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect and the attached restaurant is delicious. There was some confusion using my Expedia VIP 20% food discount but after letting the staff know they sorted it behind the scenes and came back to me once they had resolved the confusion. My girlfriend loved the spa but unfortunately I didn’t get the time to go myself. It’s an exceptional premium hotel experience in all aspects that I would struggle to find faults with. This was my second time staying and definitely won’t be my last.
