Great place and super clean

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in a long time. Not clean, musty, and unkempt. No shuttle to Hershey.

Quiet, Nice rooms, good free breakfast 😋.

The charged me for for daughters room, even after I told them I had my own room. Then I was told my room was at a different hotel down the road. The manager finally found it. Asked about late check out, was told no hotels to full. Then, every night, the room above us had their TV way to loud and were dropping or dragging stuff till about 2am. Then we couldn't even relax at the pool because some parents cant control their children, to the point I had to say something(I understand it's a pool, we had no problem when they were at the other end of the pool.) But then they got closer and set up their phone and were recording us while they slashed us. Ruined our families whole vacation

Even after repeated requests, staff refused to address internet connection to the provider. My laptop worked everywhere else in Harrisburg except at this Best Western. Ys, there was a 9-hour power outage because of a storm (no backup generator) but even after power resumed staff ignored requests to address lack of internet access.

Hotel is heavily under renovation but our room was clean and updated. Check in staff was great!! Our issue was that the fire alarm went off for about 30 seconds at 1230am startling us awake. The stairs leading down to the lobby was riddled with construction materials. At about 1am the power went out and stayed out until 5am. We were on the 7th floor and it was rather warm. The staff did not offer an explanation about these disruptions. Breakfast was okay standard free hotel breakfast. Probably won’t stay here again.

This place is excellent. The focus is on the customer and making it a great experience. It’s clean and safe. We brought the family and the moment they walked in they felt like we paid a fortune for it. We got the suite with 2 queens and a separate room with a king bed. It was so great that they could be together and hang out while we had our own space.
