Good service

Great location, great staff, clean!

Fun stay at a well- restored property. Power surge a little weak in my room. Nice vibe throughout, and Marlo at the front desk was super helpful.

Great place, very close to downtown Disney made an easy Disney trip

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The room is clean, quiet and well upgraded. Very impressed that microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker are provided with good quality. I highly recommend it.

The address published on the listing is wrong. You have to prepay for parking, but there is no info or way to do this unless you book directly from their website. We booked through Hotels.com and can't even find a website for them anywhere. Minimal cooking items in their full kitchen. Not enough towels or blankets for a full apartment. No way to plug the drain in the tub to give kids a bath. No hot water. When calling for help, the staff is not on the property. They say someone will come, but no one ever does. This could be a great place but it is way too poorly managed.
