Drove up very nice looking at the entrance, friendly staff at the front desk nice and clean the lobby was clean and inviting room was clean and roomy ,bed was very soft , room was comfortable, plenty of hot water, plenty of parking

Hum… Bed was ok. TV remote did not work. Walking on floor made our bare feet black. Light bulb was burnt out. Worst of all no coffee pot in room and no coffee at the morning breakfast included. Shower was good. Met a nice kitty cat who hung around out back.

Room was filthy. Bathrooms had mold. Sleeper sofa had urine/feces stains. Pool was foggy & smelled weird. Laundry facilities were “out of order” the 3 days we were there. This is one of the finest Hampton Suites we’ve stayed in! Property is pristine, people who work here are all very nice and helpful. We always try to stay at this one. Make sure you DON’T stay in the one in OZARK, it’s deplorable.
