Updated rooms with large fridge space and microwave (other rooms have kitchenettes, which I didn't need). Great furniture and facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again.

Convenient to the wine country at a reasonable price. This is our 3rd visit over the past 5 years. Has never disappointed us!

This is one of the only motels adjacent to Nye Beach that is affordable. The pictures looked good and it had some pretty decent reviews so we booked a room. A king room with an ocean view. The room was okay but not great. The floor looked new, the furniture is tired. The whole property is in need of a good cleaning. Staircase is dirty with skid strips coming loose, the concrete walkways are stained with spills that have clearly been there for years. The young man at the desk was kind courteous and efficient. As was one other staff member who I spoke with the next morning. We didn’t have breakfast there. So I can’t speak to that. The big plus is that Nye Beach is within easy walking distance. All the restaurants and shopping and the beach. The view was spectacular and there’s beach access right behind the property.

The bar tender and after noon employees were excellent and a joy to be around. Room coffee would have been nice as well as a freezer section in the refrigerator as we had medications that needed to be refrigerated with our freeze packs. Over all we had a great time.

Room is clean with plenty of amenities. Staff seemed a bit rushed even though we were the only people in the room. Parking is pretty tight and if you go to the second level it's a super steep grade and you can't see what's on the other side of it until you get there.
