First of all, the front desk staff are awesome. Super friendly and helpful. But then it starts to get worse. Daily room cleaning manages it to put 1 towel inside for 2 visitors, and manages it to replace 2 towels with 1. Previously, BernAqua was included, now you have to pay. Overall, every year the service is getting lower and lower. Max a 3-star hotel, no free gym available anymore. The quoted prices were over 250 CHF; for that price, I can definitely expect more. We moved for the second part of our stay in Bern to another hotel in the city.

The hotel is in a convenient location close to the train station. Everything was clean, staff was friendly, and included breakfast was great.
