Very run down. Definitely need to put some money and work into this place. The lights were flickering on our room, the drain wouldn’t drain in the tub. The hot water knob on the faucet was loose and the water kept dripping. Very little staff. One person on front desk the day before the Hartford Marathon. The hotel was completely booked. Do not want to stay there again.

The staff was amazing. Super helpful and kind. The room was one of the most beautiful and elegant places we’ve stayed at and the hotel amenities, and restaurant was just something I’ll never forget. Thank you for this experience!

Hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh hhhhh

I booked this room roughly two weeks before the expected date for a keynote I was hosting for an annual banquet. However, when I brought my keynote the hotel, we received a paper that said "due to unforseen circumstances, we're re-booking you." I then had to bring them to a much lesser quality hotel, at which point we were informed that we were likely overbooked. This was not okay - CT is not an easy to get around place without a car, and had I not been nearby, this would've incurred additional uber costs. more than anything, your hotel let down my keynote, which then let down my agency. I've booked many people here in the past, and I will not going forward.

Welcoming staff& clean lobby. Great parking. This place has so much potential, but is in not so great condition. We had a spacious room, but just not attention to detail. Absolutely no extra added touches. Good location for where we’re going. I don’t think I would stay again. Hope they put some effort back into the place , because it was so cute. They did a nice job on landscaping the front .
