Stayed during hurricane evacuation. Room was clean and staff was helpful and on top of everything.

Very nice stay

Loved the jacuzzi bathtub. Bed was clean.

Great value, exceptionally clean, okay location, property needs some freshening up. Keurig coffee maker in the lobby not much value for those departing before 7 a.m. when the lobby door is unlocked: need to rethink that.

Sad news. The swimming pool has been filled with dirt to the very top. There are now weeds growing and access gate is closed. There is however a note at the counter guests can get in their car and drive somewhere else Provide proof you are a guest and they will let you swim in their pool.

I used Expedia to book and a host was helping me check in and my initials are already there generated by her computer so I clicked continue, I guess there was a pet clause that I signed to. After checking in my husband rolled in luggage and “I carried in my Yorkie service animal “ right past her” front desk and Up the elevator to room 309, after, went down stairs with service animal to go the bathroom. When I was in bed I was called to leave the premises, she said ma’am we know you have a dog in there. I told her yes I do. I have a service animal. She said somebody saw you sneaking it in. I continue to tell her I have all my paperwork from flying into town and I just drove from Florida a long distance and would not lie. I told her to speak to the manager and tell him the paperwork I have I thought she didn’t see me come through the lobby, but come to find out it was somebody who lives there long-term who told her I brought the dog in through the stairs I only found this out from my daughter complaining on a different website when I went downstairs the woman said I signed $150 agreement that I would not break the rules in the hotel. She said the manager said ( who would not speak to me) if I didn’t pay $50 plus tax extra for my service animal that I would be charged $150 to leave. I told her that that’s a threat with an alternatim but it was late and had all our luggage down there so my husband paid $57 I had told her she’s a service animal refused to ask proper questions,
