Breakfast was decent. Room smelled of mildew but it was clean? Felt bad for the staff because the 2 nights/ 3 days we were there, the air conditioner was broken in the main open parts of the building. They had fans out to try to cool it down but it was barely doing anything for the heat. The rooms air conditioner worked. Right across from a Wal-Mart for any needs. Liked the location as it was close to Ruby Falls and Rock City and other attractions.

Entire place was super clean, quiet, and cozy. Bar/restaurant area has a nice chill vibe as well. Great location and would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful room with nice brass fixtures. Very comfortable bed. Very nice night staff. Rosie was very kind and helpful.

This is much better than a hotel for long stays. A separate room for sleeping makes the stay so much more enjoyable. The kitchen does need a pan and more than one item per person. But everything else was great.
