The suite was very clean. The beds all appeared VERY new... possibly from Amazon.. & they were EXTRA FIRM. The fridge and stove top were a plus, but there are no utensils, cookware, plates, etc. The staff was friendly enough... I felt rushed to sign everything at check-in. I understand the desire for a swift experience, but there's a fine line between that & hurrying up to get me out of your hair. It was hard to catch someone at the desk--we saw the window closed more than open. We requested a couple of extra towels as there were 3 women in our group & they needed one for their hair. That was a no go. They only gave towels if we brought them the existing ones. There were no hand towels. The location was a bit secluded which was nice in Cleveland and easily accessible. We might consider staying here again for the price & cleanliness, but we'd bring our kitchen supplies & extra towels.

This was my 4th time staying here and I love it! The check-in staff was super friendly and I even got a free drink card when I dropped it that it was my birthday. The caboose bartender was super friendly and nice to talk to and the room was, as always, huge yet inviting. The only issue I had was the fact that I used to love the showers as it felt like you were standing under Niagara Falls. Not so anymore as it felt like standing under a summer rain. I miss the water pressure. The location cannot be beat and I will be back again.

The space is amazing and the location is excellent. Would absolutely stay here again.

Jacuzzi and pool was not working at the time

We stayed here 3 times over the course of 8ish weeks traveling for ball tournaments. It is affordable, clean, and in a great area. The attached diner that is open 24/7 was great. For sure get the tots! When we come to Chattanooga again, we will be staying here!
