Great place

We stayed in the Superior Suite Room, and it was a lovely experience! The room was clean, neat, and well-maintained. It was also equipped with all the essentials we needed, including towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap. The room had two queen-sized beds and two TVs, which made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. During the night, the room did get a little too warm for us, but thankfully, there was a window we could open for some fresh air. However, the room was quite close to the train tracks, so whenever a train passed by, the noise would sometimes wake me up. But it was a lovely stay!!

Everything about the property was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The view was spectacular. Would highly recommend this place.

Upon check in we were shifted to a neighbor property. I spoke to desk they said it was room booked. It was not. Bait and switch. Upon room entry, noticed shower was dirty as in it didn’t look like they scrubbed the tile. The grout was black, some orangish/pink. So basically shower scum/mold. Notified desk and they sent housecleaning to clean as best they could. Chemical smell and we had to leave for a few hours. Next night after hiking all day and getting in shower late I noticed around the entire shower there was BLACK MOLD on the ceiling. I immediately went to front desk to complain. They had no other rooms and it was too late to find another hotel. Offered nothing in way of compensation. I checked out a day early and they refunded the early check out reservation of 1day and resort fee of one day. No other comp. When leaving I took the stairwell and there was no baseboard on the floor and the wall paper was water stained on the entire wall and peeling up from the bottom about 18-24 inches. The hallway had lights but they were so dim it felt like you were in some creepy movie. Last but not least I recd an email from the property about a month before my trip notifying me the pool would be closed for scheduled maintenance during my stay. Also stated in email I could ‘upgrade’ my package for pool access. So upon check in I ask the price of the upgrade and they tell me my room package is not eligible for the upgrade!!! I should have never even stayed 1 night!!

Hotel needs some upgrades, but it’s still nice. We had a kitchenette in our room and it was a nice perk to have. Quiet area and well located.

The elevator close to our unit is not working so we have to walk/ carry our luggage’s from the opposite of number 1 elevator to our room. Not convenient to go in and out of our unit to done or shop .

The home was absolutely stunning, the pictures don't do the home justice. Even more beautiful in person. Every one of our wedding guest we’re in awe of not only the home, but also the views of the mountains. Corinne was also fantastic to deal with.
