Booked months in advance, showed up to check in and no one was at the facility, a note on the door with a phone number to call, called 3 times and no one answered or called back. Had to go spend more money and book a different hotel in town at 2am with 2 small kids in tow after a 12 hour drive. And expedia can't get us a refund for it either. Literally just $125 gone forever for something we didnt get to use and caused even more stress. Will never ever stay here and will tell everyone I know not to book either. After reading reviews it looks like a horrible place with horrible staff. It's a good thing we have a positive attitude because that could have really been a damper on our only vacation of the year. Do not book this place unless you just want your money stolen.

Nice property. Near fwy. Food and shopping within walking distance. Pool warm. Hot tub hot. Breakfast standard. In the middle of an upgrade but still a good stay. Accessible room had good space and the door opened outward which was very convenient.
