You can tell they are upgrading the hotel. Love the wood floors; nobody wants musty/damp carpet in their room. The room was spacious enough for one night and was clean. I don't like that the sink area is outside of the toilet area; makes it hard for one person to get ready while someone sleeps. It's on a busier road, but it's Dell Rapids, so it didn't bother us. Plus, the AC masks a lot of sounds. Employees/owners were friendly and helpful. No coffee in the room, but the fridge worked. Super convenient for visiting family nearby, and the price was right.

Hotel was right downtown and the walk in safe is very nice

I tried to get the front desk staff to help me with my tv my family and I could not watch tv at all the front desk young lady had no other option for us I suggested to switch cords and that still did not work we had no tv our stay there I requested a partial refund and the refused. The other pool was so over crowded and kids we throwing balls all over the pool with absolutely no supervision.

We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel was literally connected to the airport. The staff were friendly. The rooms were well appointed, clean and quiet. We will stay again.

We were upgraded to staying at the Victorian Inn- i would highly recommended. The house is charming and located in the historic downtown of Sioux Falls.
