Room was full of roaches.

Dont let the pictures fool you! The rooms were filthy, the hallways were 80 and 82 degrees. You can't get the number of towels or blankets you request. We were moved once to a different room due to the sofa bed being extremely disgusting. Which was a hassle because I had already separated everyone's clotgrs in the dressers, so I had to repack, and unpack. Then the room we were moved to the fridge didn't work.So all of our food was spoiled.I informed them, I never got a different fridge or another room.I brought up the issue to the employee and she said we don't have maintenance on the weekend and so that the other employee could have gave us another room which I should have been informed that maintrnsnce doesn't work on the weekends instead of being gone all day and assuming they would replace the fridge and I brought food back and it had to go to the trash. I'm still waiting for a manager to call me because at that time she couldn't talk to me since she was working in the kitchen.

AC not cold, bathroom not clean and old water leak in ceiling

Nice big rooms and look to be in great condition. My only complaint would be attention to detail areas around shower and other places are definitly not cleaned thoroughly. Attention to detail is needed. Things you see while showering or using the toilet shows a lack of attention to details during cleaning
