This is advertised as a hotel but is a motel. My daughter and I arrived at 9:30pm and there was no one there and instead, a sign to call a sister hotel. The light in front was blinking and I didn’t feel safe staying. I tried to get a refund through the hotel and Expedia as we did not stay and both refused. Absolutely terrible

Great place to stay right next to UVA. Wonderful charm. It was a great stay for us and the staff was very accommodating to any of our requests.

I would never return or recommend this hotel.....it is access free meaning nobody is there to assist you if they make a mistake.....sent wrong code to room. So it took us 1.5 hours to get everything worked out then the back up room they put us in had no bath products..... the manager could not be bothered and the new employee was left to deal with it herself. Beyond poor service. We were not the only ones who had difficulty getting into their pre-booked room. A family had to leave because they didn't assign them 2 night stay and every other hotel was booked solid. Extremely disgusting treatment of a young family with a baby As far our experience, we are still waiting for the refund from the so-called manager on the phone. He made promises he couldn't fulfill. I think this place is for sale and current owners don't care whatsoever about their customers. It's a shame since it's a beautiful hotel with a very young vibe Just not for us

My daughter and i had a girls night there and it was fabulous!! We will be back!

This was our second time staying here in the last 6 months (last time being in the winter). The outdoor pool/hotub/splash area was not available either time. Also, WIFI continues to be an issue as you must use a MIFI router (upon request) that also does not provide adequate service. Overall, the stay was ok, and proper for a quick weekend recharge, but I couldn’t imagine staying more than a few days with my family.

Great location for the University of Virginia. We’ve stayed here a couple times now and let the hotel. Wish the prices didn’t jump so high during parents weekend
